11.00 Pick you up at your Hotel then transfer to pier to get on board.
11.30  Departing from Labuan Bajo
11.50  Arriving in Kelor Island and having lunch (lunch)
12.15  Trekking and snorkeling in Kelor Island
13.00  Leaving Kelor Island to Menjerite
13.15  Arriving in Menjerite, snorkeling
14.00  Leaving Menjerite to Rinca Island (afternoon snacks)
15.00  Arriving in Rinca Island and start the Komodo Dragons trekking (medium trek)
17.00  Leaving Rinca Island to Flying Fox Island (sliced fruit)
17.30  Arriving in Flying Fox Island, enjoy the beautiful sunset scenery before watching thousands of flying bats on the red sky
18.45  Leaving Flying Fox Island to Pempe Island and enjoy the dinner (dinner)
19.30  Leaving Pempe Island to return to Labuan Bajo
20.15  Arrive back in Labuan Bajo

Afternoon snacks
Buffet style with selection of sweet and savory:
1. Choices of gateaux: swiss rolls, mini tiramisu

3. Choices of green tea or black tea with sugar, lime, cinnamon and milk
4. Black coffee featuring Flores traditional coffee

A four course dinner served one at a time consisting of:

1. Shrimp cocktails with lettuce and thousand island dressing
2. Corn soup with asparagus

Main course, with choices of:
1. Pan grilled fish served with black pepper sauce or Singaporean chili sauce
2. Cantonese style steamed fish with ginger shoyu, served with slices of shallot, spring onion and red chili
3. Steamed chicken with ginger garlic, served with Alba’s special sauce

Desserts, with choices of:
1. Panna cotta, an Italian creamy custard topped with pineapple sauce
2. Almond pudding, a Chinese style pudding topped with mango sauce
